Seamless two-way integration
Developed, supported and updated by NetSuite specialists, solely for NetSuite users, the app automatically pushes and pulls transactions between NetSuite and GoCardless. Payment instructions are sent from NetSuite to GoCardless, and upon collection, all payments are automatically pushed into NetSuite against the corresponding client and transaction records.
Manage Direct Debits, subscriptions, and one-off payments
However you need your customers to pay, all GoCardless payment methods are supported as standard. The payment type is defined at the point of sale, pushed up to GoCardless to initiate the application for payment, and then pulled back into NetSuite when payment is received.
New & existing GoCardless customers supported
Existing GoCardless customers are easily mapped in the app during configuration process. Once live, new customers are initiated from the NetSuite sales process and created automatically in GoCardless via the integration.
Transaction fees managed automatically
As standard, GoCardless processing fees are accounted for when payments are imported. This means that you can see the actual payment received against the transaction and ensures fees are posted correctly with no additional manual entry.
Off-the-shelf, but customisable
GoCardless for NetSuite has been developed to function as required off-the-shelf. However, if you have specific requirements or a unique GoCardless set-up, our in-house development team can tailor our solution to meet your needs.
Completely secure
Beyond removing unnecessary manual touchpoints in your payment processes, GoCardless for NetSuite also combines the in-built security of both GoCardless and NetSuite with additional layers of security developed in the app. So, you can relax knowing that payee details are safe.
